Cancellations
If, for any reason, you elect to cancel your order, you will incur the costs associated with that order. This includes iShopUSA’s $10 processing fee, plus any re-stocking/shipping and handling fees the individual Internet retailer(s) may require. If your order has already been shipped to its final destination and you refuse receipt of your items, you will be responsible for any and all import duties and taxes, shipping and handling back to our depot in the United States, any re-stocking fees based on the individual return policy of the Internet retailer(s) and an iShopUSA processing fee of $25. If the cancellation occurs prior to the item(s) being shipped to our fulfillment center, you will not incur any charges and you will be entitled to a full refund (including shipping and handling and any associated fees).

Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange merchandise, please do not contact the original Internet retailer. Please read and make sure that you agree with the return/exchange policy of the retailer(s) you are ordering from. Each Internet retailer may have a different return/exchange policy, which you will need to adhere to, in order for iShopUSA to process the return or exchange. Our minimum processing/handling fee for a return or exchange is $20.
