How iShopUSA Works
Begin by simply filling out our order form with the products you wish to purchase and the names of the shops you wish to order from. All U.S.-based web stores are now open to you. Of course you can purchase from many online shops on the same order form.

You may also shop from any of our Integrated Partner Shops and follow the store's checkout instructions for international customers.

What if the store you want is not one of our Partner Shops? No problem. You are not limited to our Partner Shops or to the other stores you will find on our website. You may shop from any U.S.-based web store.

How much are the shipping costs?
Our shipping and handling fees are not separate. They are combined on your order and are automatically calculated by our system and depend on the total amount we spend on your behalf, how many items are in your order, which store you are ordering from, and the shipping country. So the best way to find out how much your order is going to cost is to actually put the order through our calculator (click on "Calculate Shipping" on the "Shopping Cart" page).

How long will it take for me to get my items shipped to me?
Shipments will get to you as soon as possible. Our transit times vary from country to country. You may expect to receive your order in 7 to 20 business days* (4 to 10 business from the retailers to us, and an additional 3 to 10 business days from our warehouse to you).
If you select APO or FPO as shipping country, you may expect to receive your order in 12 to 25 business days (4 to 10 business days from the retailers to us, and an additional 8 to 15 business days from our warehouse to you).

Priority Shipping
You may expect to receive your package within 7 to 12 business days.
If you select APO or FPO as shipping country: 12 to 17 business days.
If your order contains backordered items (items that are not in stock), it will take additional time to deliver your goods.

Standard Shipping
You may expect to receive your package in 13 to 20 business days.
If you select APO or FPO as shipping country: 18 to 25 business days.
If your order contains backordered items (items that are not in stock), it will take additional time to deliver your goods.

Please be advised that the delivery time frames above are estimates only. We do not and cannot guarantee any delivery time frames due to possible customs clearance delays and other unforeseen conditions we cannot be held responsible for. If you need your order by a certain date, please use the comments field on the last checkout page to let us know.

What carriers/shipping providers do you use?
We use FedEx for the majority of our shipments, UPS for non-priority Canada orders (Canada Standard) and a few South American countries, and USPS (United States Postal Service) only for APO/FPO orders.

Can I buy products from any US-based web store?
Yes, you can. Shop from any of our Integrated Partner Shops or from most other U.S.-based web stores. You are not limited to the shops you will find on our website. Most U.S.-based online shops are now open to you. Begin by simply filling out our order form with the products you wish to purchase.

How does iShopUSA work?
Just follow the checkout instructions on our Integrated Partner Shop’s website (you will be redirected to our website, and the contents of your shopping cart will be transferred to the cart on our site) or copy and paste your items into our exclusive order form. Then, add as many items from as many different web stores as you wish by clicking the "Add More Items" button. Then proceed through the checkout process until your order is placed.

Does iShopUSA ship anywhere in the world? / Do you ship to my country?
Yes, iShopUSA ships to any location in the world that our shipping providers will service. (Please keep in mind the items in the shipment must not be prohibited by embargo or national or international restrictions.) The dropdown box below contains all countries we are servicing at this time. If your country is not listed, please let us know and we will try to add it as soon as possible.

I didn't receive an email confirming the receipt of my order. What should I do?
If you did not receive an email confirming receipt of your order (or any other emails you should have received from us), it is most likely because you entered your email address incorrectly or the email ended up in your spam/junk/bulk email folder. Please verify that you have entered your email correctly. If you have entered your email correctly, please make sure that our emails don't land in your spam/junk/bulk email folder. Do I have to pay in U.S. Dollars?
Yes. iShopUSA accepts international credit cards, Paypal, and wire transfers to complete the order processes. At the time of checkout iShopUSA displays both currencies at the time of checkout, the local currency and its USD equivalent. You will be charged in USD. However, your statement will reflect your local currency. iShopUSA is not responsible for any changes in currency.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. Plain and simple! Duties and Taxes (Landed Cost) will be disclosed to you prior to you checking out (when clicking the checkbox "Include duties and taxes". You can uncheck it later if you don't want us to pre-pay.). You can choose to let us pay the Landed Cost for you or you can pay when your items arrive. If you elect not to pre-pay the Duties and Taxes, you will be responsible for other fees as well including but not limited to brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, etc.

Why do you charge sales tax on Internet purchases?
Sales tax will only be included on product orders shipped to our warehouse in California (CA) if the web store you are shopping from has a physical presence in the state of CA and is not one of our partner shops. Sales tax is collected on purchased goods as well as shipping and handling fees in these states. iShopUSA has always complied with sales tax laws based upon the issue of "nexus" from the court case Quill v. North Dakota, 504 U.S. 298 (1992). This ruling states that if a company has substantial nexus, a physical presence, within a state, it must collect and remit sales tax to that state on all taxable sales and consumption transactions. Regardless of how our company receives an order, either by mail, telephone, fax, or via the Internet, iShopUSA is charged with the responsibility of collecting and remitting sales tax to those states in which nexus exists. The federal moratorium established by the "The Internet Tax Freedom Act" (P.L.105-277) does not relieve our company of this responsibility.

What forms of payment does iShopUSA accept?
We accept payments via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Visa/Electron), PayPal and even bank wire transfers.

What if I want to return, cancel, or change my order?

What if an item is not available for immediate delivery?
In our effort to make your shopping experience easy, comfortable and most importantly worry-free we will advise you as quickly as humanly possible that your item is not available. We will notify you via email that there is going to be a delay with your order.

The tracking number you provided is not working?
Please allow 4-8 hours for the tracking information we provide you to be updated by the individual couriers.

How long before my refund is processed?
Not all refunds are created equally.  We process refunds as soon as we can, but it can take between 3 (three) and 12 (twelve) business days for your credit card/PayPal account to reflect our refund.

Can I trust you with my Credit Card information?
